The engineer will operate primarily from the client's facility in Houston, Texas, with occasional travel to partner test sites within the United States Houston region, including the Clear Lake and Kemah industrial corridors.

This Quotation Estimate assumes the following milestone-based payment structure. Invoices will be issued upon completion of each milestone and are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. All payments shall be made in U.S. Dollars via ACH transfer to the account designated by Meridian Aerospace Engineering Group, LLC.
- Milestone 1 (30%): Upon execution of the Statement of Work – $26,111.85
- Milestone 2 (25%): Completion of thermal-vacuum test planning (End of Week 10) – $21,759.87
- Milestone 3 (25%): Delivery of all engineering design reports and FMEA documentation (End of Week 14) – $21,759.87
- Milestone 4 (20%): Final peer review sign-off and project closeout (End of Week 16) – $17,407.90
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, rates and availability of the designated Aerospace Engineer are subject to re-evaluation.
- All work will be performed in compliance with applicable federal, Texas state, and local regulations governing aerospace engineering practice in the United States Houston area, including but not limited to FAA Part 21 and NASA procurement guidelines where applicable.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and proprietary software remain the property of Meridian Aerospace Engineering Group, LLC.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- This estimate does not include costs for physical test articles, consumables, or third-party laboratory fees unless explicitly stated in the itemized breakdown above.
- Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original estimated hours will require a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Governing law for this Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Harris County District Courts, Houston, United States.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Meridian Aerospace Engineering Group, LLC to proceed with the engagement of the specified Aerospace Engineer for the services described herein, to be performed in the United States Houston region under the terms and conditions stated above.
