All services described herein will be performed in and around the United States Los Angeles metropolitan area, with primary operations conducted from our facility located at 4200 Century Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045. This document serves as a formal proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until executed by both parties in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 7.

The Aerospace Engineer engagement encompasses the following deliverables and professional activities, all tailored to the client's specific aerospace program requirements within the United States Los Angeles region:

• Aircraft Structural Analysis & Design Review: Full finite element analysis (FEA) of primary and secondary airframe structures, including fatigue life assessment, composite layup optimization, and load path verification in compliance with FAA 14 CFR Part 23/25 standards.
• Propulsion System Integration Consulting: Evaluation and integration support for turbofan and hybrid-electric propulsion architectures, including thermal management, vibration analysis, and performance modeling.
• Avionics & Flight Control Systems Assessment: Review of flight control law design, sensor fusion algorithms, and redundancy architecture for next-generation unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and light sport aircraft.
• Regulatory Compliance & Certification Support: Assistance with FAA Type Certificate, Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), and Production Certificate applications, including preparation of compliance matrices and test data packages.
• Wind Tunnel & CFD Simulation Coordination: Scheduling and technical oversight of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) runs and physical wind tunnel testing at facilities accessible from the United States Los Angeles corridor, including the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) liaison.

• 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of structural analysis and propulsion integration deliverables – $52,078.20
• 30% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of the final engineering report and regulatory compliance package – $39,058.65

All payments are due within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with California Commercial Code Section 2202, applicable to all commercial transactions in the United States Los Angeles jurisdiction.

The estimated duration of the Aerospace Engineer engagement is twenty-two (22) weeks from the date of contract execution, with a target completion date of November 14, 2025. All milestones will be tracked via a shared project management platform, and bi-weekly progress meetings will be held at the client's facility or our United States Los Angeles office, at the client's discretion.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
• All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be assigned to the client upon full payment, as detailed in a separate Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement.
• Meridian Aerospace Consulting Group, LLC shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 per occurrence, as required for aerospace engineering services in the State of California.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States of America.
