- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a firm offer for the Aerospace Engineer services described herein and is binding upon written acceptance by both parties.
- All engineering work will be performed in accordance with the Florida Statutes Chapter 455 (Professional Engineers) and applicable federal aerospace regulations. The Aerospace Engineer assumes professional liability for all stamped and certified deliverables.
- Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments will accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under Florida law.
