This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Aerospace Consulting Group, LLC in response to the client's request for specialized Aerospace Engineer professional services to be performed within the jurisdiction of United States New York City. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of rates and availability of the assigned Aerospace Engineer team.
- All professional engineering services described herein shall be performed by a licensed Aerospace Engineer holding an active New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license. The engineer's license number and seal shall appear on all stamped deliverables.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total is due upon execution of the Statement of Work; the remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon final delivery and client acceptance of all engineering deliverables. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under New York State law, whichever is lower.
- All work shall be conducted in compliance with applicable federal regulations (14 CFR Parts 21, 23, 25, 33, 36), New York State engineering practice standards, and any local ordinances governing professional engineering services in United States New York City.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, software licenses, and proprietary analysis tools remain the property of Meridian Aerospace Consulting Group, LLC.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve solely as a cost estimate and scope outline.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional engineering hours, or modifications to deliverables must be approved in writing via a Change Order prior to commencement. Unapproved work will be billed at the standard Aerospace Engineer hourly rate of $285.00 per hour.
- Liability: Meridian Aerospace Consulting Group, LLC's total aggregate liability under this engagement shall not exceed the Grand Total stated in this Quotation Estimate. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Governing Law: This document and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in United States New York City under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all technical data, design specifications, and proprietary information exchanged during the course of this engagement, in accordance with New York State confidentiality statutes.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, rates, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer services to be performed in United States New York City. This signature authorizes the preparation of a formal Statement of Work for execution.
