Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the mid-project structural and aerodynamic deliverables, and the remaining 30% upon final acceptance of all documentation by the client's quality assurance team in Tashkent. Payments shall be transferred via international wire transfer to the designated account of Altair Aerospace Consulting LLC, registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in aircraft or spacecraft design.
- All work performed in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall comply with local labor laws, tax obligations, and the regulations of the Uzbekistan Civil Aviation Authority.

- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics affecting operations in Tashkent, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations during the affected period.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement referencing this document.
