  1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Aerospace Engineer rates and project pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Venezuela.
  2. Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 35% upon completion of the structural and propulsion phases; 25% upon final delivery of the Aerospace Engineer project report in Caracas.
  3. Commencement: The Aerospace Engineer services shall commence within ten (10) business days of receipt of the advance payment and formal contract execution.
  4. Project Duration: The total estimated timeline for all Aerospace Engineer deliverables is sixteen (16) weeks from the commencement date, subject to client availability of aircraft and facility access in Caracas.
  5. Confidentiality: The Aerospace Engineer and AeroSpace Consulting & Engineering Solutions, C.A. agree to maintain strict confidentiality over all proprietary data, design documents, and operational information of the client. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to project start.
  6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions affecting Venezuela, political instability, or pandemics that restrict travel to or operations within Caracas.
  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Caracas, Venezuela, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Venezuela and the applicable provisions of the Venezuelan Commercial Code.
  8. Intellectual Property: All reports, models, and documentation produced by the Aerospace Engineer under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
