The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties and deliverables in Zimbabwe Harare:

• Conduct a full structural integrity assessment of the client's existing light aircraft fleet (up to 12 airframes) based at Joshua Mqabuko International Airport, Harare.
• Prepare detailed engineering design documentation for the retrofitting of avionics systems in compliance with ICAO Annex 6 and ZCAA Part 21 regulations.
• Perform computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) for proposed airframe modifications, with all modelling and simulation work executed from the AeroDynamics Zimbabwe engineering facility in Harare.
• Provide on-site technical supervision at the client's maintenance hangar in Harare for a minimum of 40 working days during the implementation phase.
• Deliver a comprehensive final engineering report, including certification recommendations, to be submitted to the ZCAA for regulatory approval.
• Conduct a two-day training workshop for the client's in-house maintenance technicians in Harare on advanced aerospace engineering inspection protocols.

Payment for the Aerospace Engineer services detailed in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the AeroDynamics Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd account at CBZ Bank, Harare Branch, in accordance with the following schedule:

• 30% advance payment ($43,663.20) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• 40% progress payment ($58,217.60) due upon completion of the structural assessment and delivery of the avionics design documentation.
• 30% final payment ($43,663.20) due upon submission of the final engineering report to the ZCAA and completion of the training workshop in Harare.

All invoices are payable within 30 calendar days of the date of issue. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month, in line with standard commercial practice in Zimbabwe Harare.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and the total amount are subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and cost adjustments in Zimbabwe Harare.
• The Aerospace Engineer shall be fully insured for professional indemnity and public liability throughout the duration of the engagement in Zimbabwe Harare. Certificates of insurance will be provided upon request.
• All intellectual property, design documentation, and engineering reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
• The client agrees to provide the Aerospace Engineer with safe access to all aircraft, hangar facilities, and relevant technical records located in Zimbabwe Harare for the duration of the project.
