This Quotation Estimate contemplates the following payment milestones, payable in Argentine Pesos via transfer to the firm's bank account in Córdoba, Argentina:
- 30% advance payment (ARS 7,241,850) upon signing of the professional services contract and receipt of the first invoice.
- 25% upon approval of the detailed architectural design and construction documentation (ARS 6,034,875).
- 25% upon issuance of the Permiso de Construcción by the Municipalidad de Córdoba (ARS 6,034,875).

- The Architect shall comply with all applicable national, provincial, and municipal regulations in force in Córdoba, Argentina, including but not limited to the Ley de Obras Particulares de la Provincia de Córdoba, the Ordenanza de Zonificación de la Municipalidad de Córdoba, and the environmental regulations of the Comisión de Recursos Hídricos de Córdoba.
