Payment for the Architect services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following milestone schedule, consistent with standard practice for architectural projects in Australia Sydney:
- 20% ($16,018.20): Upon execution of the Architectural Services Agreement and commencement of the Concept Design phase.
- 25% ($20,022.75): Upon submission of the Development Application to the local council in Sydney.

- All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to the addition of GST at the prevailing rate. The Architect is registered for GST purposes with the Australian Taxation Office.
