The following scope of work is included within this Quotation Estimate for the Architect engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka:

• Concept Design & Feasibility Study: Initial site analysis, zoning verification with DCC, conceptual massing studies, and feasibility assessment for the Bangladesh Dhaka location.
• Schematic Design: Development of floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings for client approval. Includes two (2) revision cycles.
• Design Development: Detailed architectural drawings, material specifications, structural coordination, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination, and landscape integration.
• Construction Documentation: Full set of construction drawings including working drawings, detail drawings, specifications, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
• Statutory Approvals: Preparation and submission of all necessary documents to DCC, BNBC, and relevant Bangladesh Dhaka municipal authorities for building permit and completion certificate.
• Tender Support: Preparation of tender documents, evaluation of contractor bids, and recommendation for the main construction contractor.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Architect reserves the right to revise rates due to market fluctuations in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the account of Dhaka Architectural Design Studio Ltd. No cash payments will be accepted.
• The Architect shall not be liable for delays caused by DCC processing, force majeure events, or client-initiated design changes beyond the two (2) included revision cycles. Additional revisions shall be charged at BDT 12,000 per drawing sheet.
• Intellectual property of all design documents, drawings, and 3D models created by the Architect shall remain the property of Dhaka Architectural Design Studio Ltd. until full payment is received.
• The Architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than BDT 5,000,000 throughout the project duration as per Bangladesh regulatory requirements.
• Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Architect Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Architect Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
