The specific deliverables include, but are not limited to:

• Conceptual Design Phase: Development of initial architectural concepts, massing studies, and site analysis tailored to the topography and urban planning regulations of the City of Rio de Janeiro (Prefeitura da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro). This includes compliance with the Plano Diretor Participativo and local zoning ordinances.
