1. Scope of Architect Services — Santiago, ChileThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Estudio Arquitectónico Andes Patagonia SpA to formally present the professional fees and associated costs for the full range of Architect services required for the design, development, and construction supervision of the mixed-use residential and commercial project located in the commune of Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. The Architect firm shall be responsible for all phases of architectural design in compliance with the Chilean Building Code (Código de la Construcción), the local urban planning regulations of the Metropolitan Region, and the specific zoning ordinances of the municipality of Santiago.

This Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Santiago, Chile shall be paid according to the following milestone-based schedule:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Architect firm reserves the right to revise pricing due to market conditions in Santiago, Chile.
- All amounts are expressed in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and include the applicable 19% Value Added Tax (IVA) as established by the Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales of Chile.
- The Architect firm shall comply with all professional standards set by the Colegio de Arquitectos de Chile and the regulations of the Superintendencia de Construcción y Vivienda (SERVICIO).
- Any changes to the scope of Architect services beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary agreement and additional cost assessment.
- The project location is strictly within the administrative boundaries of Santiago, Chile (Región Metropolitana). Travel to sites outside this area will be billed separately.
- Intellectual property of all Architect designs, drawings, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain with the Architect firm until full payment is received.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the civil jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the Chilean Civil Code.
- The Architect firm carries professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil Profesional) with a coverage of no less than 50,000,000 CLP, valid throughout the project duration in Santiago, Chile.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Santiago, Chile, and authorizes Estudio Arquitectónico Andes Patagonia SpA to proceed with the project upon execution of the formal professional services contract.
