- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Architect reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Guangzhou's construction and design sector.
- All fees quoted are in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are inclusive of the Architect's professional fees, staff costs, software licensing, and local travel within Guangzhou Municipality. Travel to project sites outside Guangzhou (e.g., Shenzhen, Foshan) shall be billed at cost.
- The Architect shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including the Construction Law of the PRC, the Regulations on the Management of Construction Engineering Design, and the specific urban planning directives issued by the Guangzhou Municipal Government.
- All design deliverables shall be submitted in both hard copy (A1/A3) and digital format (DWG, PDF, IFC/BIM) to the Client and to the relevant Guangzhou regulatory bodies as required.
- The Architect warrants that all design work shall be original and free from intellectual property infringement. The Architect holds a valid Grade-A Architectural Design Qualification Certificate issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary agreement signed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission, in accordance with its then-current rules.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Architectural Design Contract is executed by both parties in accordance with PRC contract law.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Architectural Services in Guangzhou, China, and confirms acceptance of the fees, scope, and terms outlined herein. The Architect confirms availability to commence work within fourteen (14) days of contract execution.
