Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Colombian Consumer Price Index (IPC) published by DANE.
- All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include the applicable 19% IVA as per Colombian tax law (Estatuto Tributario, Art. 439).
- The Architect services described herein are governed by the Colombian Civil Code (Código Civil) and the professional regulations of the Colegio Colombiano de Arquitectos (Colarq), Bogotá chapter.
- Any additional Architect services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost estimate.
- The client is responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to soil studies, environmental impact assessments, utility connection fees, and municipal taxes levied by the Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá.
- Intellectual property of all Architect designs, drawings, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate remains with Estudio Arquitectónico Andino S.A.S. until full payment is received. Upon full settlement, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specific project in Colombia Bogotá.
- Delays in client approvals exceeding fifteen (15) business days will result in a proportional extension of the project timeline and may incur additional Architect supervision costs.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal professional services agreement (Contrato de Prestación de Servicios Profesionales).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation before the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, in accordance with Colombian commercial arbitration law.
