5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Architect firm reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Medellín, Colombia.
5.2 All costs are quoted in Colombian Pesos (COP) and are inclusive of the Architect firm's professional liability insurance as required by Colombian law (Ley 1176 de 2007).
5.3 The Architect shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Secretaría de Planeación de Medellín, the Código de Construcción de Medellín, NTC technical standards, and the environmental regulations of Corpoantioquia.
5.4 Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the approval of the Conceptual Design phase shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Architect.
5.5 The Architect retains full intellectual property rights over all design documents, drawings, and 3D models produced under this engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the documents solely for the construction of the project in Medellín, Colombia.
5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Medellín, Antioquia, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Medellín.
5.7 The Architect shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all project information, site data, and client business details in full compliance with Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012).
