This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Horizon Architectural Design Studio, a licensed Architect firm registered with the Chamber of Engineers in Egypt Cairo, in response to the client's request for comprehensive architectural design and consulting services. The project involves the design of a mixed-use residential and commercial complex comprising six (6) residential towers and a ground-level retail podium, situated on a 12,000 square meter plot in the New Cairo district, Egypt Cairo. Our Architect team will deliver all phases of design documentation in full compliance with the Egyptian Building Code, the Cairo Governorate Zoning Regulations, and the standards set forth by the National Organization for Control of Technical Specifications (NACS) in Egypt Cairo.

This Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Egypt Cairo shall be paid according to the following milestone-based schedule:

15% upon signing of the Architectural Services Agreement (EGP 584,250)
20% upon approval of the Concept Design phase (EGP 779,000)
25% upon submission of Schematic and Design Development documentation (EGP 973,750)
20% upon issuance of Construction Drawings and tender package (EGP 779,000)
10% upon successful building permit approval by the Egypt Cairo Governorate (EGP 389,500)
10% distributed monthly during the Construction Administration phase (EGP 38,950 per month)

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any Architect services not commenced within this period will require a revised quotation.
All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 14% as per the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations applicable in Egypt Cairo.
The Architect firm reserves the right to adjust the Quotation Estimate in the event of scope changes exceeding 10% of the originally agreed deliverables.
All intellectual property rights over the architectural designs, drawings, and documentation produced by our Architect team shall remain with Nile Horizon Architectural Design Studio until full payment is received.
The client agrees to provide timely access to the project site in Egypt Cairo and to supply all necessary existing survey data, utility maps, and geotechnical reports within five (5) business days of the project kickoff.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Architectural Services Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, with the seat of arbitration in Egypt Cairo.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, natural disasters, or changes in Egypt Cairo building regulations, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Egypt Cairo and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the Quotation Estimate and authorizes Nile Horizon Architectural Design Studio to commence the Pre-Design phase.
