This Quotation Estimate is issued by Addis Ababa Architectural Design Studio, a licensed Architect firm operating in the heart of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the design, planning, and architectural consultancy services required for the proposed 12-Storey Mixed-Use Commercial and Residential Building located on the Bole Sub-City, Addis Ababa. The Architect team will oversee all phases from conceptual design through to construction documentation, ensuring full compliance with the Ethiopian Building Code, the Addis Ababa City Administration Building Permit Regulations, and the Federal Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure Development standards.

Scope of Architectural Services

Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Architect firm reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
All costs are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are subject to the prevailing VAT rate as determined by the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority. Any change in tax legislation during the project duration shall be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
The Architect firm shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of ETB 10,000,000, as required by the Ethiopian Architects and Engineers Registration Board.
All intellectual property rights in the architectural drawings, BIM models, and design documents produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment of the Grand Total amount.
The Architect shall comply with all applicable Ethiopian laws, including the Ethiopian Civil Code, the Urban Planning and Construction Proclamation (No. 920/2015), and Addis Ababa City Administration bylaws.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written variation order signed by both parties, with an adjusted cost estimate provided by the Architect within five (5) working days.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Proclamation (No. 1221/2020).
The Architect firm shall not be liable for delays caused by government permit processing times at the Addis Ababa City Building Permit Office or force majeure events.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working conditions in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Should the project site require special access arrangements, additional structural engineering input beyond the Architect's coordination scope, or expedited timelines, a revised Quotation Estimate shall be issued prior to commencement of the additional work.
