Note: This Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any additional specialist consultant fees (structural engineer, MEP engineer, landscape architect) which will be quoted separately upon client approval. All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the French standard VAT rate of 20%. Should the project fall under the reduced VAT rate of 10% applicable to residential renovation works in buildings older than 15 years, the total will be adjusted accordingly.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, Atelier Lumière Architecture reserves the right to revise the pricing due to changes in material costs, labour rates, or regulatory requirements in Paris, France.
Payment shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: 30% upon signing of the architectural commission contract (contrat de maîtrise d'œuvre), 40% upon submission of the permis de construire application to the Mairie de Paris, 20% upon commencement of on-site works, and 10% upon final handover and acceptance of the completed project.
All architectural drawings, plans, and design documents produced under this Quotation Estimate remain the intellectual property of Atelier Lumière Architecture until full payment has been received. The client shall receive a non-exclusive licence to use the documents for the specific project located in Paris, France.
The architect shall comply with all applicable French building regulations, the Plan Local d'Urbanisme of the City of Paris, the heritage protection rules of the Marais district, and the professional code of ethics of the Ordre des Architectes de France.
Any variation to the scope of services described in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to execution. Additional work will be billed at the architect's standard hourly rate of €120.00 per hour plus applicable TVA.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal architectural commission contract (contrat de maîtrise d'œuvre) in accordance with Articles L.111-7 and R.111-1 et seq. of the French Code de la Construction et de l'Habitation must be executed before any services commence.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Paris, France, or by mediation in accordance with French civil procedure.
The architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Architectes, with a minimum coverage of €1,500,000 per claim.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for architectural services in Paris, France, and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This signature does not constitute a binding commission until a formal contrat de maîtrise d'œuvre is executed by both parties.
