Payment for the Architect services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments corresponding to the progress of each performance phase. A mobilisation payment of 10% of the total contract value is due upon execution of the Architect contract. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within 30 days of invoice date. • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After expiry, the Architect reserves the right to revise all rates and conditions.
• All Architect services shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards of the Architektenkammer Hessen and the applicable provisions of the HOAI in force in Germany.
• The Architect shall carry out professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 EUR, valid throughout the project duration in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and a revised cost estimate.
• The Architect shall comply with all data protection regulations under the GDPR (DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) when handling client and project information.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Architect contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The estimate excludes statutory planning fees levied by the City of Frankfurt, third-party specialist engineering costs (structural, MEP, geotechnical), and any costs arising from planning authority objections that require a redesign exceeding 15% of the original scope. Travel and accommodation costs for the Architect team, if the project site is located more than 50 km from the Frankfurt studio, shall be billed at actual cost.
