This Quotation Estimate is issued by Baumeister & Partner Architekten GmbH, a licensed architectural firm registered with the Bavarian Chamber of Architects, in connection with the proposed residential and commercial development project located in the Schwabing district of Germany Munich. The Architect team has conducted a preliminary site assessment and has prepared this detailed cost estimate based on the client's requirements, the applicable building regulations of the Free State of Bavaria, and the current Munich Building Code (Münchner Bauordnung).

In accordance with the standard HOAI fee structure applicable to architectural services in Germany Munich, the Quotation Estimate above shall be invoiced in the following instalments:
- 20% upon signing of the Architect engagement contract
- 25% upon completion of preliminary design (Phase 3)
- 20% upon receipt of building permit from the Munich Building Authority
- 25% upon completion of execution documentation (Phase 5)
- 10% upon final handover and completion of as-built documentation
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, the Architect firm reserves the right to revise the pricing due to market fluctuations in Germany Munich.
- All fees are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are subject to the current German value-added tax rate of 19%. The Architect firm is registered for VAT purposes in Munich, Germany.
- The Architect shall comply with all applicable German building regulations, including the Bavarian Building Code (BayBO), the Munich Building Code, and all relevant DIN standards.
- Any changes to the project scope requested by the client after the initial engagement will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by the Architect firm prior to commencement of the additional work.
- The Architect firm carries professional indemnity insurance in the amount of €5,000,000, as required by the Bavarian Chamber of Architects for all practice in Germany Munich.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Architect contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
- The Architect firm shall not be liable for delays caused by the Munich Building Authority, third-party contractors, or force majeure events.
- All intellectual property in the design documents produced by the Architect firm shall remain the property of Baumeister & Partner Architekten GmbH until full payment of all fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate has been received.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Architect services to be performed in Germany Munich, and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This acceptance shall constitute a binding engagement of the Architect firm for the scope of work described above.
