The following Quotation Estimate covers the full spectrum of Architect professional services to be delivered in Ghana Accra. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:

• Feasibility Study & Site Analysis: Comprehensive assessment of the 1,200 m² plot in Accra, including topographical survey review, soil condition evaluation, and zoning compliance verification with the Accra Metropolitan Assembly.
• Concept Design & Schematic Design: Development of three (3) distinct architectural concepts, presentation boards, and 3D visualisations for client review and approval.
• Design Development: Detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and material specifications for all four storeys.
• Construction Documentation: Full set of working drawings, structural coordination drawings, MEP coordination, and bill of quantities preparation.
• Permitting & Regulatory Compliance: Preparation and submission of all necessary building permits, planning approvals, and environmental impact assessments required by the Ghana Building and Planning Department in Accra.
• Tender Support: Preparation of tender documents, evaluation of contractor bids, and recommendation of the most suitable construction firm.
• Construction Supervision: On-site Architect supervision for a period of twenty-four (24) months, including weekly site inspections, progress reporting, and quality assurance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Architect firm reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Ghana Accra.
2. All Architect services shall be performed in accordance with the standards set by the Ghana Architects Registration Council (GARC) and the professional code of ethics governing the practice of architecture in Ghana.
3. The client shall provide timely access to the project site in Accra and all necessary information required for the Architect to carry out the work. Delays caused by the client shall not be the responsibility of the Architect firm.
4. Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before execution. The Architect will issue an amended Quotation Estimate for any such variations.
5. Intellectual property rights over all design documents, drawings, and 3D models produced by the Architect remain with Kofi Mensah & Associates Architects until full payment of this Quotation Estimate has been received.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra, and failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Ghana.
7. The Architect firm shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of GHS 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the project.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and scope of Architect services as outlined herein for the project located in Ghana Accra.
