This Quotation Estimate is issued by Architect Studio India Pvt. Ltd., a registered and licensed Architect firm operating in New Delhi, India, for the comprehensive design, planning, and supervision of a residential villa project. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Architect reserves the right to revise rates due to market fluctuations in New Delhi, India.
- The Architect shall not commence any design or site work until a signed engagement letter and an advance payment of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is received.
- All architectural drawings, 3D models, and design documents prepared under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of the Architect until full payment is completed.
- The Architect is not responsible for delays caused by DDA, MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi), or any governmental authority in New Delhi, India.
- Any additional scope of work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the Architect's standard hourly rate of INR 3,500 per hour.
- Payment shall be made in the following milestones: 40% advance, 30% upon submission of working drawings, 20% upon DDA sanction, and 10% upon project handover.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for soil testing, geotechnical surveys, or third-party structural audits, which shall be borne by the client.
- All services shall be rendered in compliance with the National Council of Architectural Registration (NCAR) standards and the regulations of the Delhi State Council of Architecture, India.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
The Architect estimates a total design and approval timeline of approximately 12 to 16 weeks from the date of engagement, subject to the responsiveness of municipal authorities in New Delhi, India. Construction supervision shall continue for the duration of the build phase, estimated at 14 to 18 months.
