2. Scope of Architect Services

This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive architectural services to be provided by our licensed Architect team for the residential renovation and extension project located in Israel Tel Aviv. The scope encompasses all phases from initial concept design through to construction supervision, in full compliance with the Israeli Building Code (Tikun 12), the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality planning regulations, and the requirements of the Israel Land Authority.

The Architect of record will manage all design documentation, coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and the local planning authority in Tel Aviv, and ensure that the final design meets the aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards expected in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area.

4. Payment Schedule

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following milestone-based schedule, as is standard practice for Architect engagements in Israel Tel Aviv:

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Architect reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Israel Tel Aviv.
All services shall be performed in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Israel Architects Association and the provisions of the Architects and Interior Designers Law, 5726-1966.
The Architect shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 ILS, valid throughout the project duration in Tel Aviv.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original design will require a revised Quotation Estimate and written client approval before additional work commences.
All intellectual property rights in the design documents produced by the Architect shall remain with the firm until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the drawings for the specific project in Israel Tel Aviv.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv District Court, Israel.
The Architect is not responsible for delays caused by the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality planning committee, third-party contractors, or force majeure events.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include municipal fees, planning committee charges, surveyor fees, or any third-party consultant costs required by the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality. These will be billed at cost with a 5% administrative surcharge. The Architect will provide a detailed breakdown of all municipal fees upon request.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Israel Tel Aviv and agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
