This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Architect firm, duly registered with the Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori della Provincia di Milano, in relation to the following architectural project to be carried out in the city of Milan, Italy:

Project Location: The property is situated in the historic centre of Milan, within the boundaries of the Centro Storico zone, subject to the provisions of the Regolamento Edilizio del Comune di Milano and the applicable heritage protection regulations of the Soprintendenza per i Beni Architettonici e Paesaggistici di Milano.

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid by the Client to the Architect in the following instalments, all to be settled via bank transfer to the account of Studio Architettonico Rossi & Partners S.r.l., Milan, Italy:
- 30% upon signing of the professional services contract and receipt of this Quotation Estimate acceptance (approx. €24,924.60 incl. VAT).
- 25% upon approval of the definitive design package and submission of the building permit to the Comune di Milano (approx. €20,770.50 incl. VAT).
- 35% distributed monthly during the execution phase, aligned with the Direzione Lavori progress reports (approx. €29,078.70 incl. VAT).
- 10% upon final handover, issuance of the Certificato di Agibilità, and delivery of the complete as-built dossier (approx. €8,308.20 incl. VAT).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Architect reserves the right to revise the fees due to changes in material costs, regulatory updates in Milan, or market conditions.
- All services described herein shall be performed in strict accordance with the professional code of ethics of the Ordine degli Architetti PPC di Milano and the Italian Civil Code provisions on professional services (Articles 2222–2234).
- The Architect shall maintain a professional liability insurance policy with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the project duration in Milan, Italy.
- Any variation in the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and a revised fee schedule.
- The Client grants the Architect full access to the property located in Milan for the purpose of surveys, inspections, and on-site supervision, subject to reasonable scheduling.
- All intellectual property rights in the architectural designs, drawings, and documentation produced under this engagement shall vest in the Client upon full payment, subject to the Architect’s right to display the work in professional portfolios and publications, in compliance with Italian copyright law (Legge 633/1941).
- This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Milano.
- The Architect shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali guidelines.
