This Quotation Estimate is issued by Studio Architettonico Roma Centro, a registered architectural practice operating under the professional regulations of the Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori della Provincia di Roma, to provide comprehensive architectural services for the renovation and partial reconstruction of a residential property located at Via Appia Nuova 88, 00179 Roma (RM), Italy. 2. Scope of Architectural Services

The Architect, Ing. Arch. Laura Bianchi (Albo N. 12345, Roma), shall provide the following professional services as detailed in this Quotation Estimate:

3. Payment Schedule

In accordance with Italian professional fee regulations and the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be made in the following instalments:

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. All fees are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are exclusive of any third-party costs, including but not limited to surveyor fees, structural engineer fees, geotechnical investigations, and official administrative fees payable to the Comune di Roma or the Superintendenza. The Architect reserves the right to revise this Quotation Estimate should the scope of work be materially altered by the client after the preliminary design phase. All intellectual property rights in the architectural drawings and designs produced under this engagement shall remain with the Architect until full payment has been received. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic, and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy. The Architect is covered by professional liability insurance (RC Professionale) with a minimum coverage of € 1,000,000 per claim, as required by the Ordine degli Architetti di Roma e Provincia.

5. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for architectural services in Rome, Italy, and agrees to the terms, fees, and conditions set forth herein. The Architect confirms availability to commence the feasibility study within ten (10) business days of written acceptance.
