This Quotation Estimate is issued by Altyn Architectural Design Studio LLP to provide a comprehensive breakdown of professional Architect services for the design and development of a 12-storey mixed-use residential complex located in the Medeu District of Almaty, Kazakhstan. The Architect engagement encompasses all phases of design from conceptual planning through to construction documentation, in full compliance with the Building Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SNiP and SP standards) and the local zoning regulations of the Almaty City Administration.
The Architect team will be responsible for the following deliverables and service phases:

- All costs are quoted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 12% applicable in Kazakhstan.
- This Quotation Estimate assumes that the Architect will have full access to the project site in Almaty, Kazakhstan, including geotechnical survey data and existing utility maps provided by the client.
- Any design revisions exceeding three (3) iterations per phase will be billed at an additional rate of 15% of the respective phase cost.
- Travel and accommodation costs for the Architect team, if required beyond the Almaty metropolitan area, will be charged at actual cost with prior written approval.
- Third-party costs including structural engineering, geotechnical surveys, environmental impact assessments, and municipal permit fees in Almaty are excluded from this Quotation Estimate and will be invoiced separately.
- The Architect shall maintain professional liability insurance in accordance with the requirements of the Chamber of Architects of Kazakhstan.
- 30% advance payment upon execution of the Architect services contract.
- 25% upon approval of Schematic Design (Phase 2 completion).
- 25% upon approval of Design Development (Phase 3 completion).
- 15% upon delivery of Construction Documentation (Phase 4 completion).
- 5% upon project handover and completion of as-built documentation.
- All payments are due within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as per Kazakhstan commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Architect reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
- The Architect shall not be liable for delays caused by municipal approval processes of the Almaty City Administration or force majeure events.
- All intellectual property rights in the Architect's design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment of all invoices.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with jurisdiction of the Almaty City Court.
- Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of the Architect engagement for a period of five (5) years.
