This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Harbourline Architectural Studio, a registered Architect practice based in New Zealand Auckland, to outline the professional architectural services to be provided for the proposed residential extension project at 28 Waiata Street, Remuera, Auckland. This Quotation Estimate does not include the following, which will be billed at cost if required:
• Structural engineering, geotechnical, or environmental specialist reports.
• Auckland Council application fees, consent levies, or third-party review charges.
• Additional design revisions beyond two (2) rounds per stage without prior written agreement.
• Travel expenses beyond the Auckland metropolitan area for site inspections.
• Photographic or drone survey costs for the New Zealand Auckland site.
Payment for the Architect services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following milestone schedule:

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Architect reserves the right to revise fees to reflect current New Zealand Auckland market conditions.
5.2 All Architect services shall be performed in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code, the Auckland Unitary Plan, and the professional standards set by the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA).
5.3 The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate represents a fixed-fee arrangement for the scope described. Any variation in scope must be agreed in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
5.4 Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5.5 The Architect shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of NZD $5,000,000, as required for registered Architect practices in New Zealand Auckland.
5.6 All intellectual property in design documents, drawings, and specifications produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the property of Harbourline Architectural Studio until full payment is received.
5.7 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal or the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
By signing below, the client accepts this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in New Zealand Auckland and agrees to the terms, conditions, and payment schedule set out herein.
