This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Architectural Design Studio, a licensed Architect firm registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), to provide comprehensive architectural design and consultancy services for the construction of a four-bedroom duplex with a boys' quarters (BQ) located in Gwarinpa, Nigeria Abuja. The scope of work encompasses all phases of architectural design from conceptual development through to construction supervision, in full compliance with the Abuja Capital Territory (ACT) Building Control and Planning Regulations and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Development Plan.

The total Quotation Estimate amount of ₦11,878,750 shall be paid in the following instalments:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Architect reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Nigeria Abuja.
- All architectural drawings and design documents remain the intellectual property of Meridian Architectural Design Studio until full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount is received.
- The Architect shall comply with all applicable building codes, the FCT Development Plan, and the Abuja Building Control and Planning Regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Any additional services or design revisions beyond the agreed scope shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account. No cash payments shall be accepted for amounts exceeding ₦500,000.
- The Architect is not liable for delays caused by the client, government agencies in Nigeria Abuja, or force majeure events including but not limited to flooding, political instability, or regulatory changes.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT.
- The Architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of ₦50,000,000 for the duration of the project.
