1. Introduction and Scope of Architect Services

3. Payment Schedule
The total Quotation Estimate amount of ₦21,661,250 (Twenty-One Million, Six Hundred and Sixty-One Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Naira) shall be paid in the following instalments, aligned with the project milestones for this Architect engagement in Lagos, Nigeria:

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Lagos, Nigeria is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any variation in scope, additional design iterations beyond three (3) rounds, or changes to the project location within Lagos, Nigeria, shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and a supplementary agreement. All Architect drawings and design documents remain the intellectual property of Adeyemi & Partners Architects Ltd. until full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount has been received. The Architect firm shall comply with all applicable building codes, the Lagos State Building Code, and the standards set by the Nigerian Institute of Architects. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
Important Notes:- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of third-party consultants (soil engineer, environmental impact assessor) unless specifically requested.
- Travel and accommodation costs for site visits outside the Lagos mainland and Island areas shall be billed separately at cost.
- All rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to adjustment should the exchange rate fluctuate by more than 10% during the project period.
- The Architect firm carries professional indemnity insurance of ₦50,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Lagos, Nigeria.
5. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Lagos, Nigeria, and authorises Adeyemi & Partners Architects Ltd. to commence the project as described herein.
