- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in a bank operating in Islamabad, Pakistan. No cash payments shall be accepted.
- The Architect shall not be held liable for delays caused by the client, municipal authorities, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
- Any additional design revisions beyond three (3) rounds per phase shall be charged at PKR 15,000 per revision hour.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents remain with the Architect until full payment is received. The client shall receive a non-exclusive license to use the drawings for the specific project in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Architect shall comply with all applicable building codes, the Islamabad Capital Territory Development Regulations, and the Pakistan Building Code (PBC) 2018.

- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan.
