This Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Peru Lima shall be settled according to the following milestone-based payment schedule:
30% upon signing of the professional services contract and receipt of the initial deposit.
25% upon approval of the detailed architectural design package.
25% upon issuance of the building permit by the Lima Metropolitan Municipality.
20% upon completion of construction supervision and delivery of as-built documentation.
All payments shall be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Peruvian Soles (PEN) at the BCRA reference rate on the date of invoicing, via bank transfer to the firm’s account at Banco de Crédito del Perú, Lima branch.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Architect firm reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations, material cost changes, or regulatory updates in Peru Lima.
4.2 The Architect shall comply with all ethical and professional standards established by the Colegio de Arquitectos del Perú and the Peruvian Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MINVU).
4.3 Any design revisions requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary agreement and additional charges at the rate of $185.00 per hour for the Architect’s professional time.
4.4 The Architect firm shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000 throughout the duration of the project in Peru Lima.
4.5 Intellectual property of all architectural drawings, plans, and design documents produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain with the Architect firm until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, the client shall receive a non-exclusive license to use the documents for the specific project in Peru Lima.
4.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lima, Peru, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
