- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Architect firm reserves the right to withdraw this quotation if the project scope is materially altered prior to contract execution.
- All architectural drawings, 3D models, and design documents remain the intellectual property of Al Noor Architectural Design & Consultancy LLC until full payment is received.
- Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month as per Qatar Commercial Law.
- The Architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 5,000,000 throughout the project duration in Qatar Doha.
- All work shall comply with the Qatar Building Code (QBC), Doha Municipality regulations, and applicable standards issued by the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Architect Services Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Architect services to be delivered in Qatar Doha.
