- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Architect services described herein are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, specifically the Architect Act (건축사법) and the Seoul Metropolitan Government regulations on building design and construction.
- All intellectual property rights in design documents, drawings, 3D models, and specifications produced by the Architect remain the property of Han River Architectural Studio until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the documents for the specific project in South Korea Seoul.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional storeys, alterations to the building footprint, or changes in the project location within Seoul shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Architect prior to commencement of the additional work.
- The Architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Architect Services Agreement shall be resolved through mediation under the Korea Construction Dispute Mediation Center, and failing that, by arbitration in Seoul, South Korea.
- The Architect reserves the right to decline or withdraw from this Quotation Estimate if the project site is found to be subject to unresolved land-use restrictions, heritage preservation orders, or environmental contamination disclosures not previously communicated by the client.
- All communications, approvals, and change orders must be in writing (email acceptable) and signed by the authorized representative of the client.
