This Quotation Estimate is issued by Estudio Arquitectura Mediterránea S.L., a registered Architect practice based in the heart of Spain Barcelona, to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional fees for the architectural design, planning, and project management services required for the following project:

Scope: Full architectural redesign of a 210 m² apartment including structural modifications, interior reconfiguration, facade integration compliant with the Barcelona City Council (Ajuntament de Barcelona) urban planning regulations, and preparation of all documentation required for the building permit (Llicència d'Obres).
As the appointed Architect for this project in Spain Barcelona, our firm will deliver the following professional services in accordance with the Spanish Technical Code for Building (Código Técnico de la Edificación — CTE) and the local urban planning norms (Pla General Metropolita de Barcelona):
- Initial site survey, topographic analysis, and feasibility study of the property in the Eixample district of Barcelona.

This Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Spain Barcelona shall be settled according to the following milestone-based payment plan:
- 30% (11,253.00 EUR) — Upon signing of the professional services contract and receipt of the initial deposit.
- 30% (11,253.00 EUR) — Upon approval of the detailed architectural drawings and submission of the building permit application.
- 25% (9,377.50 EUR) — Upon commencement of on-site construction supervision.
- 15% (5,626.50 EUR) — Upon delivery of the final as-built documentation and project handover.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, fees may be subject to revision based on current market rates for Architect services in Spain Barcelona.
- All fees stated in this document are exclusive of third-party costs, which include but are not limited to: municipal building permit fees (tasa de llic&egrancia), geotechnical study costs, structural engineer fees, and any additional specialist consultant charges required by the Barcelona City Council.
- The Architect firm shall comply with all applicable Spanish legislation, including the Ley 38/1999 on the Public Sector Contracting System (where applicable), the Código Técnico de la Edificación, and the professional regulations of the Col·legi Oficial d'Arquitectes de Catalunya (COAC).
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the initial design approval will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Architect firm within five (5) business days.
- The Architect firm carries professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 300,000 EUR, as required by Spanish law for registered Architects practising in Spain Barcelona.
- All intellectual property rights over the architectural designs, drawings, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain with the Architect firm until full payment has been received. Upon full settlement, the client shall receive a non-exclusive licence to use the designs for the specific project described herein.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The professional services contract will be executed separately upon mutual agreement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Spain Barcelona and agrees to the terms, conditions, and fee structure outlined herein. The Architect firm confirms its availability to undertake the project as described.
