This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in four installments aligned with project milestones:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Architect firm reserves the right to revise fees due to changes in material costs, regulatory updates, or market conditions in Spain Madrid.
- All services described herein shall be performed in strict accordance with the professional code of conduct established by the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid (COAM) and the Spanish Law on the Regulation of the Architect Profession (Ley 38/1999).
- The Architect shall provide a minimum of two (2) design revision cycles at no additional cost. Further revisions beyond this scope will be billed at a rate of € 120.00 per hour.
- The client is responsible for all third-party costs including but not limited to: municipal permit fees, geotechnical survey reports, structural engineer fees, energy efficiency certificate (Certificado de Eficiencia Energética), and any specialist consultant fees not explicitly included in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any variation in the scope of work exceeding 10% of the originally agreed budget shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both the Architect and the client, before additional work commences.
- Confidentiality: All project drawings, plans, and documentation prepared by the Architect remain the intellectual property of Estudio Arquitectónico Madrid S.L. until full payment of this Quotation Estimate has been received.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with Spanish civil law, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial 25% deposit has been received by bank transfer to the firm's designated account.
