1. Project Overview & Scope of Architectural ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Studio Nubia Architectural Design, a registered Architect practice operating in Sudan Khartoum, in response to the client's request for comprehensive architectural design and consultancy services. The project involves the design of a mixed-use commercial and residential complex comprising six (6) storeys, with a total built-up area of approximately 4,200 square metres, to be constructed on a 2,800 square metre plot located in the Al-Muraj district of Khartoum, Sudan.
As the appointed Architect, our firm shall deliver all design documentation, regulatory compliance drawings, and construction-phase supervision in accordance with the Sudanese Building Code, the Khartoum State Municipality regulations, and the standards set forth by the Sudanese Engineers Syndicate. This Quotation Estimate covers the full lifecycle of architectural services from concept design through to practical completion of the project in Sudan Khartoum.

This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment milestones, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance by the Architect:

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Architect reserves the right to revise fees due to market fluctuations in Sudan Khartoum.
4.2 All fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing Sudanese rate, which shall be added to each invoice as applicable.
4.3 The Architect shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party authorities, including but not limited to Khartoum State Municipality, the Sudanese Ministry of Housing, or utility providers.
4.4 Any design variations requested by the client beyond the agreed scope shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Architect prior to commencement of additional work.
4.5 All intellectual property rights in the architectural drawings and designs produced by the Architect shall remain with Studio Nubia Architectural Design until full payment of all fees has been received.
4.6 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act.
4.7 The Architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of 5,000,000 SDG throughout the duration of the project in Sudan Khartoum.
5. AcceptanceBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the architectural services described herein, and the Architect confirms availability to commence work upon receipt of the initial mobilisation payment.
