1. Project Description & Scope of Architect ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Chulalongkorn Architectural Design Studio Co., Ltd., a licensed Architect firm registered under the Thai Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, to provide comprehensive Architect services for the design and development of a mixed-use residential and commercial building located in the Sathon District of Thailand Bangkok. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for a revised Quotation Estimate after the expiry date shall be subject to re-evaluation of current Architect fee rates in Thailand Bangkok.
- All Architect services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the Thai Building Control Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and all applicable Bangkok Metropolitan Administration zoning ordinances.
- The Architect firm shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party contractors, government processing times at the BMA, or force majeure events including but not limited to flooding, which is a recognized risk in the Thailand Bangkok region.
- Any additional design revisions beyond the three (3) included rounds per phase shall be billed at a rate of THB 3,500 per hour for the lead Architect and THB 1,800 per hour for supporting design staff.
- Payment terms are net fifteen (15) days from the date of each invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai commercial law.
- All intellectual property, drawings, and design documents produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the property of the Architect firm until full payment has been received. Upon final settlement, the client shall receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specific project in Thailand Bangkok.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for soil testing, environmental impact assessments, or specialized engineering studies, which shall be quoted separately upon request.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Thai Arbitration Institute before any litigation in the Bangkok courts.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and financial obligations outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Thailand Bangkok. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding service agreement between the Architect firm and the Client.
