This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Architectural Design Studio, a licensed and registered Architect firm operating in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the regulations of the Chamber of Architects of Turkey (TMMOB Mimarlar Odası). This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment milestones, payable within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance:

20% upon signing of the Architect Services Agreement and commencement of Phase I;
25% upon approval of the Concept Design (Phase II completion);
25% upon submission of the Construction Permit Package to the Ankara Municipality (Phase IV completion);
20% distributed monthly during the Construction Supervision phase (Phase VI);
10% upon delivery of the As-Built Documentation and project handover (Phase VII completion).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Architect firm reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Ankara, Turkey.
All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of the Architect firm's professional fees, software licensing, and internal project management. They are exclusive of third-party costs such as geotechnical surveys, environmental impact assessments, and municipal permit fees levied by the Ankara authorities.
The Architect services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Turkish Building Law, the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Zoning Plan (İmar Planı), and the professional code of ethics of the Chamber of Architects of Turkey.
Any changes to the project scope, site conditions, or regulatory requirements in Ankara, Turkey, that were not foreseen at the time of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate variation order and additional Quotation Estimate.
The Architect firm shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of TRY 10,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the project in Ankara.
Intellectual property of all design documents, drawings, and 3D models produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain with the Architect firm until full payment is received. Upon full settlement, the client shall receive a non-exclusive license to use the documents for the specific project in Ankara, Turkey.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Architect Services Agreement shall be resolved by the Ankara Arbitration Centre (Ankara Tahkim Merkezi) in accordance with its rules.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Ankara, Turkey, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This Quotation Estimate shall form the basis of the definitive Architect Services Agreement to be executed within ten (10) business days of acceptance.
