- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Architect reserves the right to revise fees due to market fluctuations in the United Arab Emirates construction sector.
- All fees stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of any third-party costs, including but not limited to Abu Dhabi Municipality submission fees, DMT permit charges, geotechnical survey costs, and environmental impact assessment fees, which shall be borne directly by the client.
- The Architect shall not be liable for delays caused by authority review processes, force majeure events, or client-initiated design changes exceeding two (2) revision cycles per phase.
- Any additional design revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Architect prior to commencement of additional work.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents, drawings, and 3D models produced by the Architect remain the property of Al Noor Architectural Design Bureau LLC until full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount is received.
- Payment terms are Net 14 days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per United Arab Emirates commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi in accordance with the UAE Arbitration Law.
- The Architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the project.
- All communications, submissions, and documentation shall be conducted in English, with Arabic translations provided where required by Abu Dhabi authorities.
