Fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be invoiced according to the following milestone-based schedule, consistent with AIA Document B101-2017 standards:
- 20% — Upon execution of the Architect-Client Agreement and commencement of Pre-Design.
- 15% — Upon approval of Schematic Design deliverables.
- 20% — Upon approval of Design Development deliverables.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, fees are subject to revision based on current market conditions in the Houston, United States architectural services market.
