1. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a firm offer by Meridian Architectural Design Group, PLLC, a licensed Architect firm in the State of New York, United States, for the Architect services described herein. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the New York State Education Law and the Rules of the New York State Board of Regents.
2. Payment shall be made in accordance with the AIA B101-2017 Standard Form of the Agreement Between Owner and Architect, with progress payments due within thirty (30) days of each phase completion as certified by the Architect.
3. The Architect shall maintain professional liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, as required for Architect practice in New York City, United States.
4. All Architect drawings, documents, and intellectual property produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the property of the Architect until full payment is received. The client shall receive a non-exclusive license to use the documents for the specific project in New York City.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for demolition, excavation, or any work outside the Architect's professional scope. Any change orders must be approved in writing by both the Architect and the client prior to execution.
