Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City shall be paid according to the following milestone-based schedule:
- 20% upon signing of the Architect Service Agreement and receipt of the initial deposit.
- 15% upon approval of the Schematic Design package by the Client.
- 20% upon submission of the complete Detailed Design and Construction Documentation set.
- 35% disbursed monthly during the Construction Supervision phase, subject to satisfactory progress reports.
- 10% upon final handover of As-Built documentation and project closeout.
Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and fees are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- All costs are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of the Architect firm's professional fees, internal labor, software licensing, and standard travel within Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein, including but not limited to design revisions exceeding three (3) iterations per phase, will be billed separately at the Architect firm's standard hourly rate of 2,500,000 VND per hour.
- The Architect firm shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000,000 VND throughout the project duration.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents shall transfer to the Client upon full payment of the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
- The Architect firm reserves the right to withdraw from this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice if the Client fails to make payments within fifteen (15) days of the due date.
- This document constitutes a Quotation Estimate only and does not form a binding contract until a formal Architect Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
