1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Astronomer must be reconfirmed in writing.

Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon execution of the service agreement; 40% due at the midpoint of the engagement period; 20% final payment upon delivery of all reports, data sets, and curriculum materials. All payments are to be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account nominated by Stellar Meridian Consulting Pty Ltd.
3. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research and the relevant Queensland state regulations governing public gatherings and astronomical observation from designated sites in Australia Brisbane.
4. The Astronomer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of AUD 10,000,000 and public liability insurance of AUD 20,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
5. Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the University of Queensland and Stellar Meridian Consulting Pty Ltd, as detailed in a separate IP Schedule to be attached to the final service agreement.
6. Weather-related cancellations of observation nights in Australia Brisbane (including but not limited to tropical storm events, heavy rainfall, or extreme humidity exceeding 90%) shall be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client, up to a maximum of six (6) make-up nights.
7. Any variation to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement. Variations exceeding 15% of the total Quotation Estimate value will require a revised formal quotation.
8. Disputes arising under this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Brisbane.
