- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the Astronomer.
- Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of all field observations in China Guangzhou, and 20% upon final delivery of all reports and publications.
- All payments shall be processed in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the account designated in the signed service agreement. The Astronomer's engagement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- The Astronomer shall comply with all data security, export control, and scientific ethics regulations applicable in China Guangzhou and nationwide. Any sensitive astronomical data collected shall be stored on servers located within mainland China.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather affecting observation windows in Guangzhou, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Astronomer, with publication rights subject to mutual written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in duplicate.
