- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of €71,820.00 (inclusive of TVA), due within thirty (30) days of each invoice date. The first installment is due upon contract signature.
- Commencement: The Astronomer engagement shall commence on 1 September 2025, coinciding with the start of the academic year at the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
