- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by both parties.
- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of the fifth (5th) scheduled event, and the remaining 20% within fourteen (14) calendar days of final service delivery in France Marseille.
- The Astronomer reserves the right to reschedule any outdoor stargazing event due to adverse weather conditions (cloud cover exceeding 70%, high winds, or safety hazards) without incurring additional charges. Rescheduled sessions will be offered within a seven-day window.
- All intellectual property rights pertaining to custom educational materials, star charts, and presentation content developed specifically for this engagement in France Marseille shall remain the property of the Astronomer and Celestial Sciences & Observatory Consulting Group, with a non-exclusive license granted to the client for internal educational use.
- Any modifications to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to execution. Additional services will be billed at the rates specified herein or as mutually agreed.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Marseille, France.
- The Astronomer shall comply with all applicable French regulations regarding public gatherings, noise ordinances in the Marseille urban area, and environmental protection statutes within the Calanques National Park.
