• All intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the Astronomer and the Institute, with publication rights shared equally. This clause is governed by the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In such an event, a pro-rata settlement of all services rendered up to the termination date shall be processed.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and registered as a formal service agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
