This Quotation Estimate is issued by Celestial Sciences & Astronomical Advisory Group in response to the formal request from PT Nusantara Research & Development Institute for the engagement of a senior Astronomer to provide comprehensive astronomical consultation, observational support, and scientific advisory services within the metropolitan area of Indonesia Jakarta and its surrounding regions. The Astronomer will be deployed on a full-time basis for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing upon mutual agreement and contract execution.

The Astronomer's responsibilities in Indonesia Jakarta shall include, but are not limited to: conducting nightly celestial observations using professional-grade telescopic equipment; performing atmospheric and astrophysical data collection relevant to the client's research objectives; providing expert commentary and technical reports on planetary transits, stellar phenomena, and deep-sky object cataloguing; and serving as a principal scientific liaison between the client's research team and international astronomical bodies.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the grand total is due within seven (7) business days of contract signing. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) shall be disbursed in equal monthly installments, payable on the first business day of each calendar month. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Celestial Sciences & Astronomical Advisory Group. Late payments shall incur a penalty of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions and the Astronomer's availability.
The Astronomer shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all data, observations, and proprietary research materials encountered during the engagement in Indonesia Jakarta.
Weather-related cancellations of scheduled observation nights in Indonesia Jakarta shall be rescheduled at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
The client reserves the right to request a replacement Astronomer of equivalent or superior qualifications should the primary Astronomer become unavailable due to medical or personal circumstances.
All intellectual property generated by the Astronomer during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Astronomer, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Addendum.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
Applicable Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN (Value Added Tax) of eleven percent (11%), shall be applied to the total amount as required by the Directorate General of Taxes of Indonesia Jakarta.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Astronomer services to be rendered in Indonesia Jakarta. This document serves as the foundational financial reference for the subsequent formal Service Agreement.
