1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is formally prepared by the Persian Celestial Research & Consulting Group to present the comprehensive cost structure for the professional engagement of a qualified Astronomer to be stationed and operational in Iran Tehran. The scope of this engagement encompasses observational astronomy research, academic supervision of graduate students, instrument calibration at the Tehran Observatory, and collaborative publications with international partners. All pricing, terms, and conditions outlined in this document are binding upon mutual acceptance and are subject to the regulatory framework governing scientific personnel in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
2. Scope of Services — Astronomer Engagement in Iran Tehran
The Astronomer to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the Iran Tehran metropolitan area and its surrounding observatory facilities:
- Conduct nightly observational sessions at the Tehran University Observatory and the Shahin Observatory (located in the Alborz mountain range, approximately 60 km northwest of central Tehran).
- Supervise a cohort of no fewer than eight (8) Master's and PhD students in the fields of stellar astrophysics, exoplanet detection, and radio astronomy.
- Calibrate and maintain the 1.5-meter optical telescope and the 25-meter radio dish antenna at the designated Iran Tehran research sites.
- Author a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed journal articles per academic year in collaboration with the host institution.
- Deliver a minimum of two (2) public science-communication lectures per semester at the Iran Tehran Science Museum and affiliated cultural centers.
- Coordinate with the Iranian National Astronomy and Astrophysics Research Institute (NARI) for data-sharing agreements and joint observation campaigns.

4. Payment Schedule
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) equal quarterly installments, due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October of the contract year. Each installment shall amount to $33,375 USD (or the equivalent in IRR at the Central Bank of Iran's published rate on the payment date). Payments shall be remitted via wire transfer to the designated account of the Persian Celestial Research & Consulting Group, Tehran, Iran. Late payments exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and market conditions in Iran Tehran.
- The Astronomer engaged under this agreement must hold a minimum of a PhD in Astronomy, Astrophysics, or a closely related discipline, and must possess no fewer than five (5) years of post-doctoral research experience.
- All work performed by the Astronomer shall be conducted in compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including but not limited to the Labor Law of 1977 (as amended) and the regulations of the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
- The host institution in Iran Tehran shall provide the Astronomer with access to all necessary laboratory facilities, computing resources, and observational equipment at no additional cost beyond what is itemized in Section 3.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the Astronomer and the host institution, with publication rights shared equally. Any commercial exploitation requires written consent from both parties.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the Astronomer shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a severance payment equivalent to one (1) month's professional fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and registered with the relevant Iranian governmental authority.
- All disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Iran Tehran in accordance with the rules of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC).
6. Acceptance & Authorization
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Astronomer in Iran Tehran.
