This Quotation Estimate is issued by Stellar Sciences Advisory Group S.r.l. in response to the formal request submitted by the Department of Physics at Politecnico di Milano for the engagement of a senior Astronomer to provide comprehensive research consultation, observational support, and academic advisory services. All services described herein are to be performed within the metropolitan area of Italy Milan, with primary operations conducted at the Brera Astronomical Observatory and secondary fieldwork at the dedicated dark-sky monitoring station in the Brianza region, approximately 35 kilometres north of the city centre.
The Astronomer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-doctoral experience in astrophysics, celestial mechanics, and observational astronomy, with a proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in international journals. The engagement is specifically tailored to the scientific and pedagogical needs of the client institution located in Italy Milan.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Astronomer must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of the field observation campaign in the Brianza region, and 25% upon final delivery of all deliverables, including the two co-authored papers and the completed lecture series in Italy Milan.
- All payments shall be transferred via bank wire to the account of Stellar Sciences Advisory Group S.r.l., IBAN: IT60 X030 1234 5678 9012 3456 789, BIC: BLOPIT22, located in Milan, Italy.
- The Astronomer shall comply with all applicable Italian data-protection regulations (GDPR as transposed into Italian law) and the specific safety protocols of the Brera Astronomical Observatory in Italy Milan.
- Any change in scope, additional observation nights, or extended consultation hours beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written amendment signed by both parties before work commences.
- Intellectual property arising from the research conducted under this engagement shall be jointly owned by Stellar Sciences Advisory Group S.r.l. and Politecnico di Milano, as stipulated in a separate IP agreement to be executed prior to the start of the project.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by an authorised representative of the client institution in Italy Milan.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed scope of Astronomer services to be delivered in Italy Milan, and that all terms, conditions, and financial obligations have been reviewed and accepted.
